To change the engine throttles, either:
- Write to sim/flightmodel/engine/ENGN_thro. This is the throttle position in the cockpit - you will be fighting with the joystick, so this may not be what you want.
- Set sim/operation/override/override_throttles to 1 - then write to sim/flightmodel/engine/ENGN_thro_use, which is a float array of ratios for each engine. Wtih this override, the dataref is used and joystick is ignored, so if the pilot grabs the throttles, they will be dead!
